In 2019 and 2020, the mint produced 2 million of each of those years ‘America The Beautiful’ quarter designs. In 2020 the designs by The West Point Mint commemorated the end of World War II, with a “V75" privy mark on the obverse of the design. These quarters, unbeknownst to anyone, were released by the mint in a “Willy Wonka” style, and could only be found in circulation by going through rolls of quarters. The U.S. Mint never released (to our knowledge) any of these types into the collector’s market. Thus marking their relative rarity in the collectors sphere.
